5 to Thrive- 90 Day Challenge- Week 4 & 5

Sorry that I have not posted in a hot minute, these last two weeks I have been rather sick so I need to combine week 4 & 5 of the challenge.  I also know that because I have been sick, I have not been up to the challenge and definitely have slacked off some.  However, this week I am feeling much better and am working more towards my goals again, more on that next week. 

Drinking 1/2 My Body Weight in Ounces of Water
The first part of my "sickness" was not allowing me to keep anything down.  Once I was starting to feel better, the only thing ,my stomach prefers is Sprite, so all in all I was not drinking my water enough.  I could tell too once I did start feeling better how sluggish I was feeling without it.  

Daily Gratitude- 3 Grateful Things a Day
Fail. Fail. Fail. Not one single time in two weeks. BIG fail. 

Waking up 1 hour earlier
Again, considering I was sick and about the only thing making me feel any better was sleep and lots of it...I was not waking up any earlier than I had too.  I also didn't go to work for two days so that I could sleep as long as I needed to without any alarms. 

Giving Up Sweets
Halloween candy has beaten me on this. So has the break room at work.  I am doing much better than I have in the past, and am self-conscious of myself doing it. I'm not binging on bags of candy at home like I have done in previous years and the Halloween candy I bought for trick or treating is the kinds that I don't like.  But still, I am not doing my best at this goal either. 

At Least 30 minutes of exercise daily
Still have not done any form of exercise.  This seems to be the hardest of my 5 and am looking for any suggestions in the area. 

Obviously these last two weeks have not been the greatest of this challenge.  However, I am not going to allow myself to stop or for this to set me back.  I will keep pushing forward with these goals.  I hope that my weekly shares are encouraging others to get on the band wagon and try this challenge until the end of the year.  I also hope that by me being honest it shows that anyone can do it, and lots of other people may be having the same struggles as you.
