5 to Thrive- Series 6 - Week 7

I can not say that I made HUGE strides towards my goals. However, I feel that I did work on them at least a little all week.
Drinking 1/2 My Body Weight in Ounces of Water
During the work week I am killing it with this part of the challenge. I can easily drink 3 of my Yeti cups a day without any issues. However during the evening and on the weekends I do not do as good. I will go almost all day without drinking anything on the weekends and during the evenings I've gotten into the bad habit of drinking diet Sprite. However, when I did my grocery shopping I picked up a jug of diet green tea to drink at home so that hopefully this coming week I can do better.
Daily Gratitude- 3 Grateful Things a Day
Did I do my three grateful's every day this week...no. Did I do it at least one day...yes. So although I am not doing as well as I was during the beginning of the challenge, this is progress since last week.
Waking up 1 hour earlier
I did about the same as last week with this part of the challenge, I am not getting up a full hour earlier but I did get up early enough to have some time for myself every morning. I am honestly worried about this coming week, and weeks after though because Mike is on "winter-shift" now so he gets up at 3AM and has to be at work no later than 5, so I do not have him getting up with me, or his alarms going off along with mine. I'm worried I am going to be tempted more to hit snooze and snuggle in the warm bed since I'm by myself in the mornings now.
Giving Up Sweets
I am doing better at this, am I still slipping? yes, unfortunately. However, I do feel that I am at least aware of it and try to stop myself more. I also am refraining from having any sweets in the house.
At Least 30 minutes of exercise daily
I did get one day of walking in, so not anywhere towards my goal but at least working towards it.
I hope that my weekly shares are encouraging others to get on the band wagon and try this challenge until the end of the year. Have a great week!
